Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Earrings and other pierced jewelry are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned.

You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Include the RAN and a copy of your original receipt in the package.

Refunds
